  On Jan 2 or 3, I scheduled an appointment with Jessica for Saturday, Jan 7. I asked the person who answered the phone if she wanted me phone number and she said "It's on the caller ID". Great, but what if I wasn't using my own phone.
  
  Friday, Jan 6, we had a snow storm and All Teased Up was closed on Saturday. Understandable... Since I didn't hear from Jessica, I called and left a message saying I wouldn't be there. For three days, I didn't hear anything. On Wednesday, Jan 11, Jessica called saying she was glad I called because my number was on the caller ID. My thoughts...If you know there's going to be a snow storm where the company could potentially be closed and you have pending appointments, wouldn't it make sense to take home the numbers of your clients and call them to reschedule?
  
  Anyway, I gave Jessica the benefit of the doubt and made another appointment for 2 pm on Jan 14. I arrived on time (1:50). Jessica was still working on a client in the back. At one point, she came out front and I had to tell her who I was because she didn't bother to ask. I waited and at 2 pm, she took a walk-in client to the back. Huh? About 5 minutes later, one of Jessica's clients from the previous day walked in. Jessica needed to fix a color job she worked on because there were mistakes. In addition, the client mentioned that her appointment had been at 10:30 am and she didn't leave until 2:00 pm. Nice!
  
  The returning client, the daughter of the walk-in, and I were talking. One of them had mentioned that Jessica said she had to leave at 3:30. By this time, it's 2:15, Jessica has two clients in the back she it working on simultaneously, my appointment time had passed, and there's another client in the waiting room who needed her color fixed.
  
  My time is more valuable then to wait for an inept stylist. I left and will NOT be rescheduling.
