  I agree with the other review.
  I came in about two weeks ago with my husband. We usually shop at the Durham store, all of the young ladies there are very professional at all times.
  Any way in High Point we were greeted by two of the three people at the front area of the store. It was a young lady in a blue jacket Whitney that smiled, stood up and greeted us. There was another girl sitting at the front area beside Whitney with Just a plain white dress shirt on. She barely spoke and sent Whitney to assist us with our purchase. The third person was an older gentleman with a bright pink dress shirt on, I assume he was the manager. He didn’t look up from his phone not one time.
  Whitney assisted us with our purchase, she was very patient and kind. However, it seems odd that the receptionist was the one assisting us and not a sales representative. The sales guy was a younger male and was yelling questions across the store to the young lady in the white dress shirt. It was hard to tell who was what because Whitney was the only one with a jacket and name plate. My husband and I are giving this location zero stars, but since we did have a good experience with Whitney we’re giving it three stars. There was only one good apple out of this bunch. Very disappointing!!
