  I came to the High Point Cato quite often, and always have fun shopping because of the staff. I am not sure what is going on with this store lately! I was there with the intention to shop, but was ignored the whole time by that new pregnant lady who they just hired. I was very very upset, and I do not ever want to set foot in this store as long as this white pregnant lady is there. It appears to me that she was too busy gossiping then to pay attention to the customers. I have been shopping in this store for the past few years, and I never recalled the customer service being so bad. This lady was so rude that she turned her back on me the whole time I tried to ask her a question. She definitely needs more training on customer service. No more Cato for me!
