  The nurses treated a veteran like he was worthless. They were very inconsiderate, rude, ghetto and totally unacceptable. I'm a Jamestown resident for 12 years and I NEVER been treated bias and stereotyped. I'm writing a letter to cooperate because I will never bring my children to the closest hospital because of how unconstitutional I was treated by the check in, transportation and 1st nurse esp.. she leaned on my kidney that I told her I had kidney stones to get my coat off the floor. She said o well. She should be fired for being inhumane... I'm going to tell everyone in Jamestown to avoid immaturity to somewhere else.i walked home to penny. I'd rather have stones than to stay and be treated so bad.

  The sevice is slow as hell. I arrived at 7:45pm and by 10:00pm I still hadn’t seen the doctor yet. My reason for coming in was for a swollen knee. The nurse only gave tylenol for pain. X-rays we’re taken by 8 but still not evaluated by the doctor. Ridiculous!!
