  Please read this review before considering going to the eyecare center to order frames and/or lenses/contacts. This review is a bit long but it covers 3 topics: Doctors, facility, and frames/lenses department
  
  1. Doctors - the doctors here are great. I have never had a bad experience with any of the doctors. They are fast, friendly, and will greet you with a smile unlike other places. They are also punctual most of the time.
  
  2. Facility - they recently moved into the current facility that is located at Hartley dr. and the office looks great from the outside. The patient seating is good and spacious as well as clean.
  
  3. frames/lenses department - DO NOT provide them with any of your insurance information and make sure you tell billing to remove the insurance claim for lenses/contacts they've already placed with the insurance company before you leave the building. I have spent 3+ weeks (almost a month) of daily calling to my insurance and to cornerstone to get the hold removed that was placed in JULY. However at they did not release the hold so that my insurance company could let me buy frames/lenses for the fiscal year 2016 from a different provider. I have contacted billing and they acknowledged they did not release the hold and they have gotten many messages from me and the insurance company but would not give me credit for the amount of insurance that was wasted due to their negligence. They felt no remorse by pretty much screwing me out of glasses/frames/contacts.
