  My first time going into cosmo prof because my school is nearby. I politely asked if they had any toners and of course she would point out that I'm a beginner in cosmetology, so we could not purchase any chemicals. Okay.. but what if I'm doing my own hair? I can come up in there without a discount, without a badge, and drape on and purchase it anyhow. Then she went on talking to whoever her friend was. She didn't recommend me anything if I was to need to purchase something like that for my own personal needs.
