  My hood latch was jammed after a minor collision and the owner suspected he might have to remove my grill to get at the mechanisms but then found a simple, low tech way to open the hood. Even after the hood support slipped out and the hood came down on his arm he was still nice and let me go without charging anything for his service! I give four stars only due to the repair being very minor. In his service bay I saw some sharp looking cars (corvette etc) being painted!
