  Docs have good bed-side manners and seem knowledgable. The office is clean and not often busy.
  
  The non-doctor staff is bipolar. Sometimes the customer service will be extremely friendly and accomodating, and other times they will be dismissive and short. It depends on which staff member you talk to.
  
  The wait time is AWFUL. Appointments sometimes need to be made several weeks in advance. Every time I have gone there for an appointment it's taken at least 30 minutes to see the actual doc. Often it's longer. Even when there's only 1 or two other people in the waiting area.
