  I'm giving 2 stars because there's been a few occasions when they we're kind and friendly. Other than that there's one female manager in there that's rude and always has an attitude like them answering any question is over there pay grade. I work not too far from here and use to come on my lunch often.. Multiple times I dine inside and have had to wait 40 + minutes for a $5 box. I've complained to them multiple times. Not sure what the issue is but this is far from the best Hardee's establishment.

  On Monday, March 14th I went to this Hardee's and got two Frisco Breakfast sandwiches at the drive thru. When I got home, I found that the egg and cheese were missing from both sandwiches. I returned to the store and went inside. They remade the sandwiches and the shift leader, Angelo, handed them to me and said "Here ya go my brother." I said that's it, no apology? He said, “We all make mistakes my brother”. I replied,” That’s not a mistake, that's incompetence”. He got angry and shouted, “I don't need your attitude, get out of my store!" I was upset enough to never give them my business again. When I returned home and was half way finished with my sandwich, I bit into a brass wire inside the egg. I reported this to Mountain Star, LLC, the franchise owner, and to Hardee’s corporate. No response. They simple do not care that they are serving un-safe and unsanitary food. They essentially accused me of placing the wire inside the egg. Unless you enjoy food poisoning or worse, and verbal abuse by their management, avoid Hardee’s all together.
