  I was just totally outraged with the office manager at this location. apparently this is the only one. I am sorely disappointed to have been treated like this by professionals and i'm supposed to be the client here. Like i understand that rescheduling appointments can be such a stressful job but to take that out on a patient just because i really needed my appointment is absurd. I am appalled by their lack of professionalism and have totally removed myself from their office and services Cornerstone Eye Care was much more understanding on the nature of urgency referring to an urgent appointment. I demand more professionalism out of the people who would consider themselves professionals over me.
