  I had to weigh in because these reviews are totally unfair. This is an insurance company. If you go outside your policy, are dishonest, don't pay your bill or don't report your incidents in a timely manner, you're going to have a bad time. This is an excellent insurance company. The people that answer the phones are very helpful, the adjusters care and will help, they are great with their documentation and they are willing to give breaks to people. They bundled my car and auto very easily and I've been with them for years. I forgot to pay my bill for 2 months and they immediately reinstated me and back dated my policy without a problem. I recommend them.
