  My experience of patheon was not good I got terminated for something that was not true due to the fact that a temp say that I told her to throw away a capsule that was found on reinpection tray, so I did not tell her to throw away for capsule because she told me that she was told by other post production associates that that's what they do when they're in the tray room so because Bernice and Julio were out for me especially Bernice they terminated me and she is still there which is not fair because if she threw it she has to go. if Julio would just be fair stop being up in all the ladies instead of being a supervisor then you have Bernice she sits at her desk nine hours out of 12 if they go and just do what they're supposed to do it will be all right but it's not fair that I got fired.
  
  There's a lot of favoritism that goes on in postproduction a lot of the other departments they seem pretty cool the post production a lot of favoritism with the supervisor and the lead as far as the people the supervisors he's a nice guy but the Berniece Is up in a lot of clicks that with the associates I really think that you all need to swap out maybe lead seven once in a while of Supervisor's every once in a while because things will go better.
  
  But everyone from Jason on down to HR has been absolutely phenomenal we have a Townhall meetings you meet them in the hallway you meet them in the dress out and everybody's nice they speak but they just need to do something about that post production and who's running it right now
