  New name every year. Originally was HIGH POINT BANK following year BANK OF NC and the following year PINNACLE Financial Partners. Now the online banking system is acting so retarded it's unusable. If you forget your password they ask you ONE secret question only and if it's not in the EXACT original words - access is denied.
  
  When you call customer service you get a 1930's ring sound then the automated "help" runaround which is always busy no matter when you call.
  This dumb bank can't even tell you your current balance without you going to the branch ATM with your card. Current balance quote is a simple free service most credit card and online banks do routinely for customers. - Next year's name should be "PITIFUL" - just another dumb multi-state bank.
