  They were very friendly and the technician was extremely attentive to detail, and had no problems answering every question and giving me all the information he could about the process.
  
  The technician showed he was *not* in any rush, that he wanted me to be comfortable with the process and result, and that I was not just another job to him. Very impressed with the level of expressed focus on me and fixing my windshield.
  
  Their focus was all about me, all about the repair, and me being happy with the repair. What more could I ask for?
  
  I also found out I saved a significant fee by actually driving to their local office for the repair, and with an added bonus (which I declined as my car was *too* messy and I felt guilty) that they offered to do a quick vacuum and cleanup of my car interior. So if an on-site visit has a $35 surcharge, and they vac/clean the interior... you're getting an extra $55 or more in value if you drive to a local Safelite shop.
