  I normally do my own taxes, but had sold a rental property at a loss and really didn't want to deal with the paperwork. I called several places, only to be shocked at the prices they quoted, then talked with Triad Tax Services. Not only were their prices very reasonable, but they took the time to ask about my tax needs, collect info and explain their business philosophy. I worked with Petra, and could not be happier. It was a smooth process, partly because they have worksheets covering exactly what forms they need from you, but also because all communication between Petra and myself was timely and thorough. I felt my final price was right on the money and am delighted with the entire experience. Would highly recommend this firm!
