  Just totally spent 22 minutes in the drive thru waiting on my order of 2 meals. Even tho I asked for BBQ sauce when I got to the window they didn’t give it to me and I was informed I would then need to pay an additional charge. When I stated I asked for bbq instead of
  Zax sauce he asked me to reach in my food container and swap them out. I get food cost, but c’mon when it takes 22 minutes and your employees make a mistake that’s on you. I’ll never go back
