  This is my new #1 pizza in the Triad area!!!! Crust is pure NY pie: thin, crusty, but with hard to describe chewyness on the inside. For those who fold, you need to grab a slice of this pizza. The sauce is rich anvfull of flavor, but isn't slathered on so heavy that it takes over. Same with the cheese. The three main components, crust, sauce and cheese, are in perfect balance. And don't mess around. Get the 26 inch pie cause you've got to go big or go home!! Do yourself a favor and go enjoy this pizza.
